Zumba is a Latin dance-based fitness class using a fusion of Latin and International music. It is a cardio-based workout with some components of resistance/sculpting training to tone the entire body. Class is so much fun you will barely realize you are working out!
(NEW) POUND is a full body cardio jam session. Instead of listening to music, you become the music using sticks in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
Class is designed for all ages and ability levels.
During the school year Zumba meets on Tuesday and Thursday nights 6:30-7:30pm at West Bristol School with our amazing instructor Linda! Register for Tuesday or Thursdays, or both nights to save!
In the summer classes are held on Thursdays at the Bristol Senior/Community Center from 6:30-7:30pm.
