Every participant will learn proper running techniques, drills to enhance running form, dynamic warm up, change of direction, plyometric training, first step quickness, flexibility and body weight strength. An excellent program for all athletes, all sports, at all ability levels. Class meets at Parisi Speed School on Mondays and Wednesday evenings 6:30-7:30pm. Session 1: July 10th- July 19th Session 2: July 24th - August 2nd. Fee is $55 per session.
