Young adults in fitness class.

Raise your heart rate, burn calories, and increase metabolism. This program includes functional movements, muscle toning, core work, and a total body workout. Sign-up for just aerobics, or join us for an extra 30 minute workout focused on toning key muscle groups, including upper and lower muscle groups. Please bring a mat, light weights, and a mat.
