Have fun burning calories with our new Kickboxing program. Our class features a combination of powerful punches and explosive kicks to target your upper and lower body. The class is designed to improve muscular endurance, flexibility, and strength. We've added a segment for core strength and balance to make this a true total body workout. This workout is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Participant should come prepared with comfortable shoes and their own exercise mat.
