Our new Cardio Kickboxing class combines martial arts moves and high intensity interval training to get your heart rate up and five you the most effective workout in just 45 minutes! The class will be held on Saturdays from 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Please note no equipment or weights are required for this class. You may bring your own hand weights and mat if you choose. (
Does require fitness attire, sneakers and a water bottle)
Fee: $40 for six classes ($35 if you register before March 8th!)
Drop In is available for $10 per class!
