Using special equipment , our exercise and drills will prepare athletes for a future in cross-country and track and field events, distance running, while inspiring a love for running and being active. The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching, cool-down techniques are all covered in this unique programs. The week ends with a Skyhawk track meet! The program will meet July 27th—30th from 6-7:30pm. The fee is $75.
