Water Exercise Classes - Session 3 • Register • View Cart •

Masks are required while entering and exiting the facility, while in the locker rooms, while on the pool deck, as well as when entering/exiting the pool. You are not required to wear them while in the water participating in the exercise classes.

All participants must maintain social distancing while on the pool deck and in the water. Classes are limited to 12 participants. 

Adult Water Exercise classes are offered throughout the year with a variety of levels for all abilities. Programs are offered during the weekday mornings from 10:45-11:30am and weekday evenings from 6:15-7:00pm. Each day and time is considered a separate program. 

Bring a friend or drop into a class for a $5 fee.
The benefits of water exercise are endless...We program for all ages and abilities.

Low Impact Classes- Water Walking, Low Impact Aerobics
Mid- Range Impact Classes- Aqua Aerobics
High Energy/Cardio Classes- Muscle Building, Aqua Zumba-style 

*Any program can be modified for any fitness level. If you have physical limitations or injuries, please let an instructor know so that they can provide a safe alternative to any motion that may cause pain.
