Football Speed and Strength Program
This 4 week program is designed to teach young athletes techniques to improve speed, strength, and position specific football skills. The program will include daily passing, catching, strength and conditioning drills, and some competitive play. This is a great opportunity for athletes to develop and showcase individual athleticism in a team environment. This program is a great way to have fun and build social skills in a safe environment.
This program is monitored and administered by Bristol United Coaching School (BUCS).
